  2. International or domestic phonecard must have no connection fees.

  3. Phone card rate must use a toll free number to place such call. Local access rates do not apply as local access numbers are not covered nationwide in most cases.

  4. Phonecard must be in $5 - $10 - $15 - $20 pricepoint denomination

  5. Phonecard must be an everyday low price. No blowouts - limited time specials - bulk order purchase - ect.

  6. Only phone cards listed on STARSEARCH are included in this offer.

  7. Phonecard company must reside online, displaying card with rates, for us to evaluate the criteria above.

  8. STAR69 reserves the right to disqualify any requests that they feel is questionable or deceiving in manner.
